The planning process with the client is initiated with an extensive customer questionnaire which affords the Gabriel Home Builders’ team an inside look into the customers’ lifestyles. It addresses the personality the home should have, from how the bathrooms should look and how the kitchen should function to what the overall feel of the home should be. This then leads to a "features" questionnaire that covers aspects of construction and finish styles. Here, the clients can comment on the kind of finishes they desire such as what flooring, countertops, and woodwork they prefer.

Next, the Gabriel Home Building professionals begin to develop the client’s dream home on paper, followed by a preliminary estimate that ensures the budget guidelines are being met. Once the plans are complete, the client is given a detailed estimate of costs and a very detailed specification list, so that “by the time we are ready to start construction, the client is confident that GHB has left no stone unturned. Our customer can move forward with the confidence that we have paved the path for a successful building plan.”

Once an agreement is reached and before construction begins of a new home or the remodeling of an older home, GHB initiates their plan, which begins by sending a courtesy letter to the client’s neighbors. This caring attention to detail and consideration for others has resulted in solid relationships wherever GHB builds.
